Look at the empty plates we have finished… Its so much fun talking to all of them… especially Zul and Jai .We stayed total of almost 3 hours getting to know more at each other. I was suprised that jai was a teacher. That’s why most of her blog pictures are students and school activities. I never notice that.. Anyway its great meeting all of you especially Jai.

Wow…. I am back ! Korea is a fantastic place. Their famous Korean Ginseng that looks like human shape and KIMCHI a traditional Korean fermented dish made of some select vegetables with varied seasonings. Also as a side dish, eaten with rice along with other dishes of foods. Its winter time at Korea now. We went to few of the famous shooting places like Nami Island, Winter Sonata, Jewel in the Palace and some of the Historical Palace. Anyone remember the movie THE HOST ? We passed by the Hans River where they do the shooting for the Monster. haahhaa Its so fun.

On the 8th Feb, during my transit to Korea midnight, I went to KLCC Twin Tower for window shopping. I was looking for gloves and sweaters for use in Korea. The weather in Korea is very cold now because its winter time. So while waiting for the transit, I grab my camera and shot few random pictures of the KLCC Twin Tower.

First day of the Chinese New Year

without comments

Chinese New Year is the most important of the traditional Chinese holidays, and it is also called the Lunar New Year, especially by people outside China. It is an important holiday in East Asia. The festival traditionally begins on the first day of the first lunar month in the Chinese calendar and ends on the 15th; this day is called Lantern Festival.

The first day is for the welcoming of the deities of the heavens and earth. Most importantly, the first day of Chinese New Year is a time when families visit the oldest and most senior members of their extended family, usually their parents, grandparents or great-grandparents.

Some families may invite a lion dance troupe as a symbolic ritual to usher in the Lunar New Year as well as to evict bad spirits from the premises. Members of the family who are married also give red packets containing cash to junior members of the family, mostly children and teenagers.

with 3 comments

Today i manage to meet Wu Chun at RTB Pilihan 95.9 Mandarin Program. Wu Chun will be staying for 3 days for this Chinese New Year with the Family. Tomorrow, 1st day of CHinese New Year, there will be Lion dance at his Kiulap Fitness Zone at 3pm. He will be there too. For those of you who wanted to meet him, grab this opportunity and go over to Kiulap Fitness Zone.

Although the session was just 30 minutes, we all had fun with Wu Chun and all the Callers. A lot of incoming phone calls calling to the studio wanted to speak with him and greet him. The phone line was fully busy blinking. We got callers from Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia, China, Taiwan and lastly BRUNEI….
